Who we are

Born and raised in the rainforests of Puerto Rico, Rob Perez has now lived in Rapid City for 10 years.

Currently Rob is primarily a South Dakota School of Mines student, but he has worked in customer service, construction, maintenance, residential installation and repairs, facilities technician, and more.

With a collective experience of 15+ years in building, troubleshooting and repairing, paired with an engineering background, and genuine care for others, Rob Perez’s objective is to provide a quality, long-lasting solutions in a quick way.

Rob does more than fix, or repair… he resolves the issue and brings you peace of mind.
